This website is operated by NOVENTIS FOR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES ("NOVENTIS", "we"), based in 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt. You can contact us about privacy at contact@noventis-co.com.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, role, email address, phone number, area of interest and message.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load content from other companies. It sets one cookie, nf_lang, only when you choose a language with the EN / عربي switch, to remember your choice. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to operate and secure the website. Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started with us.
Why we can use your information
We use the details you send because you chose to contact us and asked us to respond, and so that we can take any steps you request before an agreement with you.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received by our website hosting provider and delivered to our company email. Our hosting provider may process this information on servers outside Egypt.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, your details are kept under our agreement with you. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy, correct or update it, delete it, stop or limit how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
